The Comparative Analysis of System of Professional Training in Russia and Germany

俄罗斯与德国均是世界上职业培训的大国、强国。比较分析两个国家在职业教育方面的政策、方法、内容、形式,可以看到,德国职业教育中,政府有明确的法律,企业承担至少一半的教育费用。在政府指导下,个人选择职业,并要通过考试委员会的考试。俄罗斯职业教育被定为国家战略,关照企业利益和个人技能的发展,但教育工作者的利益缺乏保障,影响职业教育的发展。作为职业教育发展的成功典范,现代德国和俄罗斯的职业教育体系为职业教育的发展指明了方向。

Russia and Germany are both power strong nations. The article carries out the comparative anal- ysis of system of professional training for businesses in Russia and Germany： policies, methods, content and forms. It shows that in Germany vocational education, government has his own specific laws and enterprises un- dertake at least a half education fees. Under the guidance of the government, a man chooses profession and pas- ses the exam which is required by the examination committee. Russian vocational education is defines as na- tional strategy, which is concerned with enterprise interest and personal skills, but educators lack in guarantee and it influences the development of vocational development. A system of vocational education in modern Ger- many and Russia identifies the direction of the development of vocational education, which can be the basis of successful development.
