摘要
探讨舞龙运动对心脏结构的影响。方法:以吉首大学体育学院20名体育教育专业男大学生为研究对象,10人为舞龙组(进行舞龙运动训练),10人为常规训练组(进行常规运动训练)。利用彩色多普勒超声仪在运动前及16周后测试心脏形态各项指标。结果:与常规训练组比较,舞龙组训练后左室舒张末内径[(45.74±2.61)mm比(49.12±1.90)mm]、左室舒张末后壁厚度[(10.35±0.83)mm比(11.47±1.51)mm]、左室舒张末期容积[(98.18±7.44)ml比(113.91±10.19)ml]、舒张末室间隔厚度[(9.39±0.64)mm比(10.95±0.97)mm]、收缩末室间隔厚度[(14.75±1.84)mm比(16.78±2.00)mm]、舒张末左室心肌重量[(163.50±15.17)g比(195.60±26.05)g]、收缩末左室心肌重量[(148.30±26.51)g比(181.90±41.06)g]、舒张末左室心脏重量指数[(90.58±8.84)g/m2比(106.15±15.19)g/m2]均显著增加(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:舞龙运动能改善心脏结构,提高心脏功能。
Objective:To explore influence of dragon dancing sport on cardiac structure.Methods:A total of 20male college students learning in physical education college of Jishou University were enrolled,randomly and equally divided into dragon dancing group(received dragon dancing training)and routine training group(received routine training).Color Doppler echocardiographic instrument was used to measure indexes of cardiac structure before and 16weeks after training.Results:Compared with routine training group after training,there were significant increase in left ventricular end-diastolic dimension[(45.74±2.61)mm vs.(49.12±1.90)mm],left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness[(10.35±0.83)mm vs.(11.47±1.51)mm],left ventricular end-diastolic volume[(98.18±7.44)ml vs.(113.91±10.19)ml],end-diastolic interventricular septal thickness[(9.39±0.64) mm vs.(10.95±0.97)mm],end-systolic interventricular septal thickness[(14.75±1.84)mm vs.(16.78±2.00) mm],left ventricular end-diastolic myocardial mass[(163.50±15.17)g vs.(195.60±26.05)g],left ventricular end-systolic myocardial mass[(148.30±26.51)g vs.(181.90±41.06)g]and left ventricular end-diastolic cardiac mass index[(90.58±8.84)g/m2 vs.(106.15±15.19)g/m2]in dragon dancing group,P&lt;0.05or&lt;0.01.Conclusion:Dragon dancing training can improve heart structure and heart function.
