阿托伐他汀并脂必泰对冠心病高脂血症及hsCRP的疗效

Curative effects of atorvastatin combined with Zhibitai capsule on blood lipids and high sensitive C-re active protein in patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia

探讨阿托伐他汀联合脂必泰胶囊治疗冠心病高脂血症及超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的疗效及机制。方法：136例冠心病高脂血症患者随机分为阿托伐他汀联合脂必泰胶囊治疗组（联合治疗组,69例）及单纯阿托伐他汀对照组（阿托伐他汀组,67例）,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂变化、血脂达标率及不良反应。结果：与治疗前比较,两组治疗后患者的总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、hsCRP均明显降低（P〈0.05~〈0.01）;与阿托伐他汀组比较,联合用药组TC（64.2%比78.3%）、LDL-C（62.7%比75.4%）、TG（50.7%比60.9%）达标率显著升高（P〈0.05）,hsCRP[（5.11±0.94）mg/L比（4.15±0.87）mg/L]水平显著降低,不良反应发生率（13.4%比2.9%）明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀联合脂必泰胶囊对冠心病高脂血症患者有更好的降脂作用,能提高降脂达标率,降低炎症反应。

Objective：To explore curative effects and mechanism of atorvastatin combined with Zhibitai capsule on coronary heart disease（CHD）complicated hyperlipidemia.Methods：A total of 136CHD patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into atorvastatin combined Zhibitai capsule group（combined treatment group,n=69） and single atorvastatin control group（atorvastatin group,n=67）,and the course of treatment was four weeks both.Changes of blood lipid levels,lipid-lowering standard-reaching rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with before treatment,there were significant decrease in levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）and high sensitive C reactive protein（hsCRP）in two groups after treatment,P＆lt;0.05~＆lt;0.01;Compared with atorvastatin group,there were significant increase in standard-reaching rates of TC（64.2% vs.78.3%）,LDL-C（62.7% vs.75.4%） and TG（50.7%vs.60.9%）,P＆lt;0.05,and significant decrease in hsCRP level[（5.11±0.94）mg/L vs.（4.15± 0.87）mg/L]and incidence rate of adverse reactions（13.4% vs.2.9%,P＆lt;0.05）in combined treatment group.Conclusion：Atorvastatin combined with Zhibitai capsule possesses more lipid-lowering effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia,increases lipid-lowering standard-reaching rate and decreases inflammatory reaction.
