开放式核磁共振成像磁体技术及其专利保护现状

摘要 文章介绍了开放式核磁共振成像(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)磁体的技术原理、系统组成和特点,并对我国在开放式MRI磁体领域的专利申请状况进行了统计分析对比,探讨了我国该产业在未来的发展中应采取的专利保护策略。 The technical principle,system component and its character,and the update technology progress in the open MRI magnet were introduced in this paper. The China's patent application status in the field of open MRI magnet was statistically analyzed and com- pared.In addition, the patent protection strategy of the China's open MRI magnet industry was also discussed.
