摘要
文章分析了原子荧光光谱法测定三氧化二锑中微量铋的不确定度来源,对不确定度各分量进行了评定并合成。评定结果表明:测量重复性和待测试液浓度测量是不确定度的主要来源;提高测量准确度的关键是要选择性能可靠的测量设备,提高分析人员的技术水平,严格按标准方法规范操作。
The uncertainty source of determining trace elements Bi in the antimony trioxide by AFS (atomic fluorescence spectrometry) is analyzed in this paper, and each component is evaluated and composed.h turned out that the repeatability of measurement and con centration measurement of the under test liquid are the source of uncertainty. The key to improve accurancy of measurement are choosing the equipments with dependable performance, improving technical level of the analyst, and operating in strict accordance with the standard method.
