YJ27型接装机剪切式切纸轮的大、小风孔常规清洁方法是拆卸、清洁、安装调整,整个过程平均耗时为2.5 h,多次拆装会加快切纸轮和刀片的磨损。针对该过程耗时较长、零件磨损较大的问题,通过对切纸轮进行局部改造,将大吸风孔由盲孔改为通孔并增加密封环就能进行免拆卸清洁工作,整过工作过程降低到0.5 h,使吸风孔清洁工作简单易行,又能提高切纸轮和刀片的使用寿命。

The conventional method of clearing the small and large size of air ventilator of paper cutting wheel in YJ27 Filter Assembler is disassembly, cleaning,installation and debugging. The whole process take average 2.5 hours.And muitiple dismounting will aceeler ate the abrasion of paper cutting wheel and blade. The process is time consuming and the abrasion of device is serious. To solve these problems, the paper cutting wheel can be remoulded partly, the large air suction hole can be transformed from blind hole to though-hole and adding seal ring, clearing without disassembling, which reduces the working time to 0.5 hour. The whole prosess not only simplifies the cleaning, but also improves the life of paper cutting wheel and blade.
