我国零售企业连锁经营存在的问题与对策分析

随着我国社会经济的发展,零售业也出现了相应的变革与创新,越来越多的零售企业开始采用连锁经营的形式。经过10多年的探索和发展,我国的零售连锁企业取得了一定的成果,但也存在不少问题。文章旨在通过对我国零售企业的连锁经营的现状分析,找出其发展过程中存在的问题及原因,探讨我国的零售连锁企业如何在国际市场的大环境下走出具有中国特色的发展之路。

Along with the economy development in china, the reform and innovation in retail industry have been appeared accordingly. More and more retail enterprises begin to adopt the chain operation. However, after more than ten years＇ exploration and development, we have made certain achievements and some problems as well in retail chain enterprises.The thesis analyzes the current situation of chain operations in domestic retail enterprises and points out some problems existing in their process of development. At last, the paper puts forward some corresponding solutions for domestic retail chain enterprises how to develop under the international market environment.
