烟草行业“决策管理系统”在工业企业中的应用体会

Application experience of “Decision Management System” of the tobacco industry in industrial enterprises

烟草行业"决策管理系统"是国家在烟草行业进行现代化发展的必要系统,以及信息化建设发展的战略决策。建立我国烟草行业卷烟生产经营决策管理系统,能提高宏观调控能力,提高决策管理水平,对我国烟草工业的发展具有极为重要的作用。文章以烟草"决策管理系统"在天水卷烟厂中具体应用情况为基础,分析"决策管理系统"意义及原理,并对应用的关键步骤进行总结,为提高烟草企业决策管理水平提出一定的建议。

The＂Decision Management System＂ adopting in tobacco industry is the necessary system for the modernization of tobacco in- dustry and strategic decisions for the informationization construction.Setting up the ＂Decision Management System＂in tobacco industry of our country can improve the ability of macroeconomic regulation and control, and improve the decision level of management, it plays a very important role on the development of tobacco industry of China.This paper is based on actual application situation of tobacco ＂De cision Management System＂ in Tianshui Cigarette Factory, and analyzes the meaning, principle and summarizes the key step in the application of ＂Decision Management System＂, in order to put forward some suggestions on improving the management and deci- sion-making level of tobacco enterprises.
