To improve the scientific level of Party construction,the spirit of reform and innovation is needed.As one of the advanced management concepts, ＂Benchmarking＂ is of great significance to improve the enterprise＇s performance ability and the level of compe- tition.Introduce the concept and method of benchmarking management actively, to improve cohesive force and fighting capacity of en- terprises＇ Party organization, and to promote the scientific development of enterprises.In this paper, through the analysis of present situ- ation of enterprises＇ Party construction, the concrete steps and methods of the benchmarking management of enterprises＇ Party building are proposed, which has a certain guiding significance for enterprises to carry out the benchmarking management of Party building.
