摘要
加强新进员工思想政治工作,对提升员工素质、强化人员管理和保障医院建设发展是十分必要的,文章通过分析医院新进员工的思想特点,提出通过岗前培训和创先争优活动,从医疗职业道德和医疗安全教育等方面入手,以人为本做好新进人员思想政治工作。
It is essential for new staff to strengthen ideological work in terms of enhancing staff quality, personnel management and hos- pital development.This analyzes the main ideological characteristics of new staff in hospitals and proposes to do ideological and political work of new staff well in the aspect of professional ethics and safety education through pre-job training and some other activities.
