橘半止咳颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎随机平行对照研究

A randomized control study on orange half cough granule combined with western medicine in treating pediatric pneumonia

目的:观察橘半止咳颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将56例门诊及住院患者分为治疗组和对照组各28例,两组均给予常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予小儿止咳化痰糖浆,治疗组给予橘半止咳颗粒,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率100%。对照组总有效率71.42%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:橘半止咳颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎安全可靠,效果确切。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of orange half cough granule combined with western medicine in treating pediatric pneumonia.Methods： Using randomized and paralleled control method,56 cases of clinic and hospital patients were divided into treatment group and control group,both of which were given basic routine therapy.Apart from that,the control group was given phlegm cough syrup,and the treatment group was given orange half cough granules.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,and the total effective rate of control group 71.42%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It was safe and reliable to use the orange half cough granule combined with western medicine in treating pediatric pneumonia,and could achieve desirable effect.
