摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌全数字化钼靶X线特征表现与血清CA15-3、铁蛋白(FT)和游离前列腺特异抗原(F-PSA)等可溶性肿瘤生物学标志物的关联性。方法:搜集并检测经乳腺钼靶X线、术后病理证实的42例乳腺癌患者、194例乳腺良性疾病与86例健康女性血清中CA15-3、FT和F-PSA的水平。之后,参考ACR推荐的BI-RADS将X线所见征象分阴性(无异常发现)、良性改变、可疑异常和高度怀疑恶性来进行描述,并与血清CA15-3、FT和F-PSA的水平进行对比研究,分析其相关性。结果:乳腺癌钼靶X线征象与血清CA15-3有明显相关性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.215,P<0.05),与FT、F-PSA无显著关联性,差异不具有统计学意义(χ2=0.012、χ2=0.006,P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌钼靶X线特征表现与肿瘤标记物血清CA15-3之间存在一定关联性,由此可初步判断乳腺癌的恶性程度,并对临床治疗及对患者预后的提供一定的参考价值。
Objective:To explore the relevance between breast molybdenum target X-ray features all-digital performance and soluble tumor biomarkers such as serum CA15-3,ferritin(FT) and free prostate specific antigen(F-PSA).Methods:We collected and detected the levels of serum CA15-3,FT and F-PSA of 42 patients with breast cancer,pathologically confirmed by the X-ray mammography;194 cases of benign breast disease and 86 healthy women.Then we referenced BI-RADS recommended by ACR and described the signs seen in X-ray as sub-negative(no abnormal findings),benign change,suspicious abnormal and highly suspected malignant.We compared the results with the levels of serum CA15-3,FT and F-PSA and analyzed their relevance.Results:There is a significant correlation between breast cancer mammography X-ray findings and serum CA15-3,and the difference has statistical significance(χ2=4.215,P〈0.05).However,no prominent relevance is detected between breast cancer mammography X-ray findings and FT,F-PSA,and their difference is not statistically significant(χ2=0.012,χ2=0.006,P〈0.05).Conclusion:X-ray mammography for breast cancer is characterized by a certain correlation with tumor marker serum CA15-3,which can determine initially the degree of malignancy of breast cancer,and provide certain reference value for clinical treatment and prognosis.
