护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

The impact of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法:将70例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各35例,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施心内科常规护理,评定两组患者的生活质量。结果:观察组患者在躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能等方面均显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者实施综合护理干预,能显著提高患者的生活质量,改善预后。

Objective： To discuss the impact of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods： 70 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group（35 patients） and control group（35 patients）.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and control group received conventional nursing.Life qualities of patients in both groups were evaluated.Results： The physical function,role function,emotional function,and social function in observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group;the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Implement of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life,and improve the prognosis.
