摘要
目的建立测定中药材当归中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、锑(Sb)、锡(Sn)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、钡(Ba)、锰(Mn)、铊(Ti)、银(Ag)、铍(Be)、镝(Dy)、铝(Al)16种元素含量的电感藕合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法。方法采用微波消解法制备供试品,全定量法采集数据。结果 16种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,所有元素的线性相关系数(r)均大于0.9995,检出限在0.002~0.455μg/kg之间,各元素回收率在80%~107%之间,RSD<5%。结论该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于中药材当归的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 16 elements including pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Sb,Sn,Cr,Ni,Ba,Mn,Ti, Ag, Be,Dy,A1 in Angelica sinensis by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods The mMicrowave digestion method was adopted to prepare the tested samples and the data were collected by the completely quantitative method. Results The standard curves of 16 kinds of elements had good linear relation,the correlative coefficients(r)for all elements were above 0. 999 5. The limits of detections were in the range of 0. 002 - 0. 455 I.Lg/kg. The recovery rates of various elements were 80% - 107% , RSD 〈 5%. Conclusion The established method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of Chinese medicinal material sample Angelica sinensis.
