摘要
目的测定产妇欣颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),检测波长为316nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为35℃。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.0081~0.1619μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为0.73%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可作为控制产复欣颗粒质量的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid content in Chanfuxin Granules. Metheods The RP- HPLC method was adopted with octadecyl silane bonded silica gel column and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution(15:85). The detection wavelength was 316 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 35~C. Results The sample size of ferulic acid in the range of 0. 008 1-0. 161 9 ug showed the good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 99.26%, RSD = 0. 73%. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used as the indicators to control the quality of chanfuxin Granules.
