风芍六君子汤治疗脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征例

Fengshao Liujunzi Decoction in Treating 42 Cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Type of Spleen Insufficiency and Diarrhea

目的观察风芍六君子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将83例患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例采用风芍六君子汤治疗,对照组41例采用蒙脱石散和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗,3周后评价疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05)。结论风芍六君子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fengshao Liujunzi Decoction in treating irritable bowel syndrome with the type of spleen insufficiency and diarrhea. Methods 83 cases of irritable bowel syndrome with the type of spleen insufficiency and diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group（42 cases） was treated by Fengshao Liujunzi Decoction and the control group （41 cases） was treated by Mmontmorillonite Powder and Trimebutine Maleate Capsule. The effects were evaluated after 3 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 90.48% in the treatment group respectively, which were significantly higher than 80.49% in the control group respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fengshao Liujunzi Decoction is definitely effective in treating irritable bowel syndrome with the type of spleen insufficiency and diarrhea,and deserves to be popularized.
