摘要
碘量法是一般医疗单位用于测定葡萄糖注射液中葡萄糖含量的常规分析方法,也是大学分析化学实验经常开设的综合性实验.该方法准确度高,但是因为影响因素较多,因此对操作的要求较高,使得不同的人之间以及同一个人平行样品之间测定结果出现较大差异.系统研究了氢氧化钠用量及滴加速度、滴定震荡速度及淀粉加入时刻等影响因素对碘量法测定葡萄糖含量的影响,对成功完成该实验具有重要的参考价值.
In general medical units, the iodometric method is usually used as a routine analysis method to determine glucose content in the glucose injection. The iodometric method is also used in a comprehensive analytical chemistry experiment initiated for university students. The method has high accuracy. Howev- er, there are plenty of influential factors of this method, so there is significant difference between results obtained by different experimenters or between those parallel results by the same experimenter. Based on this, some key influential factors such as amounts of sodium hydroxide, and its titration speed, shaking extent as well as the moment of addition of starch solution, have been researched. This work has valuable reference for success of the iodometric method for determination of glucose contents.
