摘要
目的研究干细胞治疗骨质疏松症的可行性。方法从体外输入同种异体骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)治疗大鼠骨质疏松症,测定大鼠的骨密度变化。结果骨质疏松大鼠通过BMSCs治疗后,骨密度明显增加。结论 BMSCs能有效治疗骨质疏松症,增加骨密度。
Objective to study the feasibility of stem cells to treat osteoporosis. Methods Approach from external input allogeneie bone marrow mesenchymal stem ceils （BMSCs） rats osteoporosis treatment, determination of rat bone mineral density changes, Results by BMSCs after tr6atment of osteoporosis of rats, bone mineral density increased significantly. Conclusion BMSCs can effective treatment of osteoporosis, increase bone density.
