改良后外侧入路髋关节置换的体会

The comprehend of improved posterolateral approach hip replacement

目的总结改良后外侧入路髋关节置换的体会。方法 2006年2月—2011年11月,我院采用改良后外侧入路行髋关节置换137例,评价手术时间、术中出血、关节功能恢复情况。结果本组137例患者均获得随访,时间8个月~15个月,平均(10±2.7)个月。手术时间90 min^120 min,平均(105±17.11)min;术中出血量300~450 mL,平均(350±19.3)mL。术后6个月髋关节功能评分:优68例,良64例,中5例,差0例,优良率96.35%。结论改良后外侧入路是髋关节置换的较好方法,暴露清楚、创伤小、关节功能恢复快。

Objective To summarize the comprehend of improved posterolateral approach hip replacement. Methods Between February 2006 and November 2011, 137 patients of hip replacement were treated with improved posterolateral approach, appraised the operation time, hemorrhagic amount and functional recovery. Results All patients were followed average （10 ：t： 2.7） months （8~15 months）, operation time was 90~120 （105 ＋ 17.11 ）rain,hemorrhagic amount was 300-450 （350 ＋ 19.3）ml.Funetional recovery：68 patients were well, 64 patients were good, 5 patients were acceptable, 0 patient was no good,the good and acceptable rat was 96.35% .Conclusion The method of improved posterolateral approach is a better modus to treat hip replacement.
