1岁～6岁儿童350例乙肝表面抗体检测结果分析

1 to 6 years old children in 350 cases of hepatitis B surface antibody test results of analysis

目的了解1岁~6岁儿童乙肝表面抗体状况,为预防乙肝感染提供资料。方法对350例儿童采用时间分辨荧光免疫法检测乙肝表面抗体的结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果共检测1岁~6岁儿童350例,表面抗体检测阳性227例,阳性率64.86%。其中,1岁~3岁儿童乙肝表面抗体检测115例,表面抗体检测阳性90例,阳性率78.26%;4岁~6岁儿童乙肝表面抗体检测235例,乙肝表面抗体检测阳性137例,阳性率58.30%;不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 1岁~6岁儿童随年龄增长,乙肝表面抗体阳性率下降,对抗体阴性儿童接种乙肝疫苗是防止乙肝病毒感染的有效措施。

Objective To understand the 1 to 6 years old children with hepatitis B surface antibody status,to provide the data for prevention of hepatitis B infection. Methods 350 eases of children with time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay in detection of hepatitis B surface antibody results were retrospectively analyzed. Results a total of 1 to 6 years old children hepatitis B surface antibody were 350 cases,surface antibody test was positive in 227 cases, the positive rate was 64.86%, among them, 1 to 3 years old children with hepatitis B surface antibody were 115 cases, surface antibody test was p/ositive in 90 cases, the positive rate was 78.26%; 4 to 6 years old children with hepatitis B surface antibody were 235 cases, hepatitis B surface antibody test was positive in 137 eases, the positive rate was 58.30%; among different age groups had significant difference （P〈O.01）.Conclusion 1 to 6 years old children with hepatitis B surface antibody with the growth of the age, the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody decreased, the seronegative children to receive the hepatitis B vaccine is effective measures to prevent the hepatitis B infection.
