交锁髓内针内固定治疗胫骨骨折疗效探讨

目的探讨应用交锁髓内针内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效及需注意的问题。方法根据术前胫腓骨正侧位X线片、患者骨髓腔直径,选择比髓腔扩大器扩髓最大直径小1 mm^2 mm髓内针,在蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉下切开复位或闭合复位,导向器辅助下插入髓内针固定骨折端。结果本组48例胫骨骨折患者,术后无弯针、断针情况,髋、膝关节功能均无影响,拔除髓内针35例,余13例未在我院拔针。骨折愈合时间5个月~9个月,拔针时间平均12个月~24个月。结论交锁髓内针能更有效地治疗下肢骨折。

Objective Observation on interlocking intramedullary pin fixation for treatment of fracture of the tibia and attention problems. Methods according to preoperative lateral x ray film, patients of tibia and fibula bone marrow cavity diameter, select smaller than maximum diameter of Medullary cavity amplifier reamed 1-2mm intramedullary, subarachnoid space block anesthesia open reduction and close reduction under the State, guide-assisted insertion of intramedullary pin fixation tincture.
