护理干预对四肢骨折临床疗效的影响探讨

The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on extremities fractures

目的探讨护理干预对四肢骨折临床疗效的影响。方法将525例常规护理的四肢骨折患者(对照组),与实施有效创伤处理、心理干预、健康教育、术后专业护理及功能锻炼等护理干预的548例患者(干预组),进行治疗效果及并发症分析。结果干预组患者临床治疗优良率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.01);干预组术后发生并发症7例,对照组发生并发症30例,2组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论护理干预能提高四肢骨折患者的临床疗效,减少并发症,有利于患者早日回归社会,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on extremities fractures.Methods 525 patients with fracture of limbs routine nursing（control group）,and implement effective trauma treatment,psychological intervention,health education,postoperative nursing and functional exercise etc.Nursing intervention（intervention group） 548 patients,treatment effect and complications were analyzed.Results Intervention group patients clinical treatment was significantly higher than the control group of patients（P0.01）,and complications of intervention group were 7 cases,30 cases and control group,two groups of comparisons difference significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can make increasing the clinical curative effect of patients with extremities fractures,and reduce the complications,is beneficial to patients with early return to society,to improve the patient＇s quality of life.
