自组装膜技术在生物材料表面改性中的应用

摘要 自组装膜是有机分子反应活性头基与固体界面之间自发反应形成的稳定、有序、紧密堆积的超薄膜结构,在材料科学、分子化学、生物医学、工业耐磨防腐等诸多领域具有广泛的应用前景。该文就自组装膜技术在改进生物材料表面的生物相容性、设计生物传感器、发挥药物缓释功能和制备抗菌涂层等方面的应用作一综述。 Self-assembled menolayers (SAMs) is a stable, orderly and close-packing ultrathin membrane structres which is formed by spontaneous and continuous reacting between the organic molecular reactivity head and solid interfaces. SAMs has already widely used in material science, molecular chemistry, biomedicine as well as industry for wear-resistance and anti-corrosion and so on. In this paper, the application of SAMs in the surface modification of biomaterials were reviewed, mainly including improving biocompatibility on the surface of biomaterials, designing biosensors, developing drug delayed release function and preparing antibacterial coating.
