摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是西方国家慢性肝病的首要病因。当代人们不良生活习惯增多,NAFLD的全球发病率逐年增高,我国也有相应增高。临床治疗NAFLD的药物包括降脂药、减肥药、胰岛素增敏剂和抗氧化剂等。本文综述NAFLD的药物治疗进展及认识。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is the most common type of chronic liver disease in western countries. The incidence of NAFLD is higher than ever due to the unhealthy lifestyle. At present, the drugs for NAFLD used in clinic include lipid-lowering drugs, diet pill, insulin sensitizer and antioxidant. This review summarized recent advance in the pharmacotherapy of NAFLD.
