摘要
妊娠期胎盘分泌大量胎盘生长激素(PGH)逐渐取代垂体分泌的生长激素,与胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)组成PGH/IGF-1轴。PGH/IGF-1轴在整个妊娠过程中具有重要作用,其通过调节母体代谢一方面影响胎儿生长,另一方面影响母体胰岛素敏感性。本文综述PGH/IGF-1轴在正常妊娠及妊娠合并糖尿病中参与胎儿生长和母体胰岛素抵抗的作用。
In human pregnancy, placenta secretes lots of placental growth hormone （PGH）, which progressively replaces pituitary growth hormone （hGH）. PGH regulates the secretion of IGF-1, constituting PGH/IGF-1 axis. PGH/ IGF-1 axis mediates fetal growth and maternal insulin sensibility by the adjustment of maternal metabolism. It plays an important role in the whole progress of pregnancy. This review describes the effect of GH/IGF-1 axis on fetal growth and maternal insulin resistance in normal and diabetic pregnancy.
