城乡一体化背景下农村社区教育发展路径探析——宁波的个案分析与一般规律总结

On Exploring Paths of Rrural Community Education Under the Background of Urban-rural Integration: A Case Study of Ningbo

文章以城乡一体化为背景,分析了宁波农村社区教育存在的问题及其根源,探讨了宁波农村社区教育的发展路径,总结了城乡一体化过程中农村社区教育发展的一般规律:即农村社区教育的发展不能就事论事,需要推进"三教统筹"与"农科经教"相结合为总体构架,需要创建农村社区教育基地和示范区为引领范本,需要培育特色和梯度上行为推进方式;另外还需要优化外部环境,完善内部系统。

This article, with the background of urban-rural integration in Ningbo, analyzed the problems and causes of rural community education, explored the development path of rural community education, summed up the development of rural community education in the course of urban and rural integration law. Community education development in rural areas can＇t go further alone. It needs to combine the general education, vocational education and the adult education with agriculture and science to form an overall framework for the development. A model rural community education and demonstration area is to be built. Meanwhile, this articles suggested that we should optimize the external environment and internal systems.
