基于鱼刺图分析的提升大学生就业方法的研究

A Study on Methods to Improve the Employability of College Students Based on Fishbone Diagram Analysis

大学生作为社会的特殊群体,其就业能力不仅影响着自身自我价值的实现,而且直接影响着社会的经济发展水平。通过分析当前大学生的就业能力现状,利用鱼刺图理论分析大学生就业的影响因素,从政府、社会、自身、学校和家庭等几个方面探讨并提出提升大学生就业能力的方法对策,提高高校学生对就业的认识,为完善高校就业指导工作提供借鉴。

The employability of college students,an elite social group,not only affects the realization of their self-value,but also straightly affects the economic development of the society.Based on the theory of fishbone diagram,the paper analyzes the current situation of college students＇employability,and the factors influencing their employment,including the government,the society,the school,the family and themselves.The paper puts forward the methods to promote college students＇employability and improve their understanding of the employment with the view to providing reference for the employment instruction of higher education.
