芥川龙之介作品中的母性认识和母亲形象塑造与他的成长经历密不可分。初期创作阶段对母亲和母爱讳莫如深,中期创作阶段对母亲和母爱渴慕向往,后期创作阶段对母亲及母爱极尽讴歌与赞美之能事。从不同的创作阶段可以明显地看出作家的认识在不断地变化,由此使作品中塑造的母亲形象也处于一个动态的变化过程。

Akutagawa Ryunosuke＇ s conception of motherhood and the creation of mother images are closely related to his upbringing. In the early stage of his writing career, mother images were closely guarded; in the middle stage the yearning for mothers could be seen; and in the later stage he sang high praise of mothers. It could be found out from the different stages that the writer＇ s conception of motherhood was constantly on the change. As a result mother images in his works are also in a dynamic process of changing.
