创新与创业型人才培养的探索与实践——以南昌航空大学为例

Exploration and Practice on Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation——Take Nanchang Hangkong University as an Example

大学生创新和创业教育在高校人才培养中具有重要地位。通过对创新与创业以及它们之间的关系、高校创新创业型人才成长规律的探讨,指出了创新与创业型人才培养中存在的问题,并以南昌航空大学为例,对高校创新与创业型人才培养定位、高校内部资源整合、优化培养方案等方面进行了论述。

Innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation plays a vital role in educating college and university students. The authors bring forward specific countermeasures on several aspects of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation after analysing cases, such as the positioning, the intergration of resource on campus and the prioritization of personnel training proposal. For achieving this goal, the author also looks into the relevance between innovation and entrepreneurship, the regular pattern of the growth of univeysity talents and the existing flaws on cultivating talents.
