摘要
采用电子束对TC4钛合金进行焊接,研究、分析了电子束焊接头中未填满、气孔等缺陷及其成因。结果表明:TC4钛合金电子束焊接未填满缺陷与电子束焦方式有关,电子束上聚焦方式对未填满缺陷有改善作用;焊接接头中球状气孔是由于电子束流和接触面之间的偏移量导致的;等离子体是引起焊缝下表面喇叭口和"耳朵"状孔洞形成的主要原因。
electron beam welding characteristics of TCA titanium alloy were investigated, and the unfilled, porosity and other defects and its causes are also analyzed. The results show that the defect of unfilled was related to the focus mode of the electron beam, and the focus mode of the electron beam have an improving effects on the unfilled ; The spherical stomatal in the weld joints is caused by the offset between the electron beam and the contact surface ; the main cause of the formation of bellmouth and "ear - shaped" holes is plasma.
