摘要
[目的]对黄地老虎Agrotis segetum信息素结合蛋白的三维结构进行预测和分析。[方法]用同源模建的方法构建了黄地老虎信息素结合蛋白的三维结构。通过Procheck、Verify_3D、Errat和ProSa2003等程序的评价,表明模建结构是可靠的。[结果]模建结构显示黄地老虎的信息素结合蛋白由6个α-螺旋和连接这些螺旋的回折构成,底物结合口袋成锥形。6个保守的半胱氨酸形成3个对结构起稳定作用的二硫键。[结论]预测结构可靠,为黄地老虎的研究奠定了理论基础。
[Objecticve] The study aimed to predict the three dimension structure of pheromone binding protein of Agrotis segetura. [ Method ] The three dimension structure of pheromone binding protein of Agrotis segetum was modeled by ho- mology modeling method. The evalua- tion of the model by Procheck, Veri- fy_3D, Errat and ProSa2003 indicated that the model was reliable. [ Result] The pheromone binding protein of Agrotis segetura consists of 6 a-helices and loops between them. 6 conserved cys- teines form 3 disulfide bonds which could stabilize the structure. [Conclusion] The prediction structure was reliable. This re- search could provide a foundation for A - grotis segetum research.
