我国气象灾害种类多、范围广,对人民生命和财产安全构成了严重威胁,因此引起了政府部门的高度重视。通过综合分析我国气象灾害的特点,结合工作,提出了一些应对气象灾害的措施。这些措施既有技术层面的,也有法律法规层面的。实施这些应对气象灾害的措施能够更好地服务生态文明建设。

The variety and wide range of meteorological disasters were posed a se- rious threat to people＇s life and property. Therefore it had drawn great attention of the government departments. Through comprehensive analysis of the character- istics of meteorological disasters in Chi- na, some measures which response to meteorological disasters were put for- ward. These measures included both technical measures and laws and regula- tions. Implementation of these measures could better serve the construction of e- cological civilization.
