摘要
从"百县千乡"气象为农服务示范区建设的实际出发,介绍了气象为农服务示范区灾害防御体系网络建设的总体架构、功能实现,提出了通过综合利用天基、空基、地基相结合的各项综合气象观测系统,温室大棚小气候自动观测仪及高光谱航空遥感监测系统3个途径整合扩大农业信息资源,完善信息保障体系建设。
Starting from the demonstra- tion zone construction of the "hundreds of thousands of villages and townships" county with the practice of meteorologi- cal service to agriculture,the overall ar- chitecture and function construction of the system with meteorological service to agriculture demonstration area disaster prevention network were introduced. The three ways of integrating and ex- panding agricultural information re- sources were put forward from the fol- lowing aspects, including comprehensive meteorological observation system which comprehensively utilized space base, spatial base and foundation, green- house microclimate automatic instru- ments and hyperspectml remote sensing monitoring system, for perfecting' infor- mation security system construction.
