摘要
CA砂浆专用于长期处于设备荷载作用下的特种工业厂房的混凝土结构层中,作为各种构件的减振处理,多层厂房楼板层植入CA砂浆减振施工技术涉及搅拌工艺设计、特定的投料顺序、搅拌时间、搅拌速度等参数设置。结合工程实践,介绍了CA砂浆减振技术的应用。
CA mortar is dedicated in the concrete structure of the special industrial plant bearing equipment loads for long time as cushioning processing of the various components.A multilayer plant floor layer implantation of CA mortar the shock construction technology involves mixing process design,specific feeding sequence,stirring time,stirring speed and other parameters set.The CA mortar has good fluidity,low bleeding and separation,crack resistance.Combined with actural project,the application of CA mortar is introduced.
