摘要
将废弃泡沫玻璃加工成泡沫玻璃骨料,在对比分析该骨料与普通轻骨料性能的基础上,提出了将其用于节能屋面的保温构造、热工计算参数的选取、施工工艺流程、详细施工工艺、质量标准及施工注意事项,并进行了试点工程应用。工程实际应用结果验证了废弃泡沫玻璃用于屋面节能工程的可行性,并能有效满足屋面保温需求和防火安全要求。
Based on comparative performance analysis of aggregate processed from deposed foam glass and common light aggregates,the construction technologies for energy-saving roof with the aggregate were put forward,including insulation structure,thermal parameters selection,construction process,quality standard and construction key points.The good result in demonstrating project application verified the feasibility of deposed foam glass used for roof energy-saving engineering,and the application meets the roof insulation requirement and fire safety.
