摘要
为了研究新型免维护钢支座的力学性能,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,对新型免维护钢支座进行了非线性接触分析。制作了足尺模型,通过5 000kN的压力机试验研究,测试了钢支座的压应力分布及竖向位移。测试结果与ANSYS分析结果的一致性表明,有限元接触分析合理;新型钢支座竖向承载力高、转动能力好,是一种实用的桥梁支座。
To investigate the mechanical behaviour of a new maintenance-free steel bridge bearing, a nonlinear contact analysis was performed using ANSYS. A full-scale specimen was also fabricated and tested with a 5 000kN loading machine. The pressure stress distribution and vertical displacement of the steel bridge bearing were recorded during the test. The finite element analysis result is in agreement with the test result, which shows that the finite element contact analysis model is reasonable. The research also shows that the new steel bridge bearing has high vertical bearing capacity and good rotational capacity, which makes it a practically applicable bridge bearing.
