摘要
钢拱、钢梁在岸上先期组拼为一体,利用顶推设备进行整体顶推的施工方法是一种新型的组合体系拱桥施工方法。该方法适用于钢梁-钢拱组合体系拱桥或结合梁-钢拱组合体系拱桥。在梁拱组合体系整体顶推过程中,桥墩支撑点相对于梁拱组合体系的位置不断改变,顶推阶段结构受力与运营状态有较大区别,必须专门针对顶推施工过程进行模拟计算分析。从设计考虑和程序应用两方面介绍了大跨度连续组合拱桥的顶推施工受力分析过程。
New construction method of steel arches and steel girders on shore early assembly as a whole and overall launching construction method using launching device is introduced for composite arch bridge. The method can be applied to steel girder-steel arch bridge or composite girder-steel arch bridge. In the incremental launching process of the girder-arch combination system, pier support point changes constantly relative to the location of the girder and arch combination system, launching stage shows a big difference between structural and operational status of the force, so engineers must simulate the launching construction process. This paper introduces stress analysis of launching construction process for large span continuous composite arch bridge from the two aspects of design and application procedures.
