摘要
介绍了对混凝土路面采用钻孔灌浆加固的方法修复破损的水泥混凝土面板,主要采用灌浆加固、凿除后新建、加聚氨酯密封胶等施工方法,最终使补强后的水泥混凝土面层标高与其他完好路面齐平,强度和刚度符合规范要求。灌浆改善了板底的原有受力状态,提高了各基层强度,恢复了板体与地基的连续性,达到了加固基础、治理病害的目的。
The authors introduce strengthening technology of concrete pavement by borehole grouting, including grouting,renewedly paving after chiseling,adding polyurethane sealant. Finally,the elevation is flush between concrete pavement after strengthening and other pavement, the strength and stiffness meet the requirement of standard. Grouting can improve the original forced state of slab bottom and the strength of every base layer, recover connection of board body and foundation, which achieves the goal of strengthening foundation and disease treatment.
