Observation on Cell Ultrastructure of Rape Downy Midew Diseased Leaves

油菜感染霜霉菌后,病叶细胞的超微结构发生一系列的病理变化;叶绿体细长,双层膜不完整,基粒片层排列不规则,有的消失,嗜锇颗粒数目增多;出现质膜体,发生质壁分离现象;细胞核及其它细胞器也有一些变化。

After rape was infected by the downy midew germs a series of pothology changes were taken place in thecell ultrastructure of diseased leaves. The chloroplast become long and thin. The chloroplast membrane is notcomplete. The grana lamella range disorder. The osmiophilic globules inerease in number. The plasmalemasomewere formed. The cell wall and the plasma membrane were separated. The changes of cell nucleus and other cellorganelle were taken place.
