摘要
事业单位在我国政治经济生活中扮演着举足轻重的角色,但其客观上受到计划经济和传统思维的影响,在一定程度上致使工作人员态度消极,工作成效差强人意。为此,事业单位应把握关键环节,建立一套有效的人员管理制度,实施有效的人员管理方法。
Public institutions play a significant role in the political and economic life of China. However, per-sonnel in these organizations are not motivated and efficient due to the influence of the planned economy and the traditional thinking patterns. Therefore, it is urgent for public institutions to identify the key sectors and to establish an effective management system that helps to promote the efficiency of their staff.
