Survey and Analysis on Development of Family Farms(Big Growers)in Changzhi

家庭农场是农业生产中最适宜、最有效率的经营模式。以山西省长治市为研究对象,通过问卷调查与典型访谈的形式,对长治市12个县区家庭农场(种植大户)的经营现状与特点进行了全面了解与深入分析,针对当前发展过程中存在的困难和问题,提出了加快培育和发展现代家庭农场的政策建议和对策措施。

Family farm is the most suitable and efficient management model for agricultural production. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis of the operating status and characteristics of the family farms （big growers） in the 12 counties of Changzhi, Shanxi Province through questionnaires and interviews with typical growers. We put forward policy suggestions and measures to accelerate the cultivation and development of modern family farms in the light of the difficulties and problems that exist in the current development process.
