通过检测证明:控制小荧光屏数字显示的集成块(IC_1)坏了。我们换上了一个相同型号的集成块(IC),并对电路做了合理的处理,又对大、小荧光屏幕的检测系统的电路做了重新调整,使电镜恢复了正常工作。

Through monitoring, it was justified that the IC_1 for controlling the small screen display had beendestroyed. We succeeded in revering the EM to novmal operation ofter exchanging a same type of IC in additionto a reset of the circuit and a regulation of the monitoring system for small and large screen.
