摘要
选取同一区域深厚软基不同施工方式的实例,从地质条件、场地条件、质量控制及经济效益等方面进行分析,结果显示,深厚软弱土未经处理将给工程施工及周围设施安全等带来很大隐患,而对深厚软弱土先进行预压排水处理再进行桩基和基坑开挖施工,将大大提高工程和周围设施安全的可控性,且可有效控制工期和造价。
