碳纤维具有质轻(密度比铝小30%、比钢小50%)、防锈、耐高温、抗撕裂及高灵感度等特点。Topocrom公司通过对纤维加工中的导丝组件进行涂层确保了碳纤维更好的工艺稳定性,使长丝断裂和分叉明显改善,且导丝组件表面因这层涂层使用周期更长。

Carbon is lightweight （30% lighter than aluminum, 50% lighter than steel）, stainless, temperature-resistant, extremely tear-resistant despite the low weight-and highly sensitive. Coating the yarn and filament guiding parts with carbon processing by Topocrom GmbH guarantees a much better process validation. Filament breaks and splicing are significantly reduced and the lifetime of the surface of the filament guiding parts is considerably increased by the wear-resistant coating.
