在产业和医疗产品领域专用聚酯长丝需求不断增加的驱动下,使用的聚酯丝线密度可达300 dtex,而人们也在不断探索各种加工工艺和方法,以得到更适合小批量生产、具有特定功能的专用丝。由于低取向丝既不适合长期储存,也不易运输,故不适合作为小厂商生产所需纱线的原材料。相比而言,聚酯预取向丝的使用性主要表现在:它既可以用来作为标准产品,又因强度和易储存性而被广泛用来替代在目前AiF项目(IGF 15566 N)中使用的低取向丝。研究了长丝拉伸过程中加热方法对长丝性能的影响,即研究用饱和水蒸气代替加热导丝辊的加热方法对长丝性能的影响。现在的研究结果是检索系统的一部分。DlTF邓肯道夫将其应用到生产企业。
Driven by the increasing demand for technical and medical PET filament yarns within the titer range of up to 300 dtex, processes and means were explored which permit manufacturing of tailor-made special yarns in small lot sizes. Because LOY （ low oriented yarn） can neither be stored for a longer time, nor easily trans- ported, it is not available to the smaller filament yarn processors as raw material. Usability of PET POY （partially oriented yarn）, both as standard product and with higher viscosities, as storable and widespread alternative to LOY was examined in the present AiF project （/GF 1556 N）. The effects on the yarn charac- teristics of the yarn heating method during drawing were analyzed e.g. with saturated steam instead of a heated godet. The results are now a part of a retrieval system. The DITF Denkendorf offers its application to enterprises.
