不锈钢纤维水刺非织造材料抛物面天线基材的制备及性能研究

摘要 介绍了一种以不锈钢纤维水刺非织造材料与环氧树脂复合而成的抛物面天线基材的制作工艺。通过改变水刺工艺参数,制得最优力学性能的不锈钢纤维水刺非织造材料,分析材料的结构特点,并对材料进行屏蔽性试验。研究表明,与同等抛物面天线基材相比,不锈钢纤维水刺非织造材料抛物面天线基材具有易加工、质量轻和反射性能好等优点。 The composite technology of stainless steel fiber nonwovens and epoxy resin as base material of parabol- ic antenna was introduced. Through the change of spunlace process parameters, the best mechanical properties of the nonwovens were got. The structure characteristics and shield performance of the mate- rials were analyzed. Research shows that in the same situation, stainless steel fiber nonwoven compos- ite materials have the advantage of easy processing, light quality and strong reflection.
