废革胶原纤维水刺非织造材料热黏合工艺初探

摘要 在废革胶原纤维中混合一定比例的热熔纤维,经过气流成网、水刺缠结制成非织造材料,再通过热黏合工艺作进一步加固,探讨热黏合工艺对该材料性能的影响。试验结果表明:产品的纵横向单位断裂强度随着热轧温度、压强和时间的增加,基本呈现先增大后减小的趋势;撕裂强力随着热轧温度的升高而递减,随着热轧压强的增加和热轧时间的延长呈现先增大后减小的趋势;透气率随着热轧温度、压强和时间的增加而降低。选择合适的工艺条件,热黏合加固能有效提高材料的拉伸断裂强力,可以克服胶原纤维水刺非织造材料强力不足的缺点。 The waste leather collagen fiber mixed with proper ratio of hot melting fiber could produce nonwovens by air-laid performing process and spunlacing, and be further to reinforce by thermal bonding process. The effect of thermal bonding process on the material property was discussed. The test result indicated that by the increase of heat calendar temperature, pressure and time, the longitudinal and crosswise breaking strength of the per unit area product increase at first and then be down, tear strength decrease gradually by rising of the heat calendar temperature, and increase at first then be down by enhancement of calendar pressure and extension of the calendar time, the permeability decrease with increase of heat calendar temperature and pressure and time. Selection of proper bonding process could enhance stretch breaking strength of the material and could overcome strength fault of the spunlace nonwovens.
