摘要
以熔喷非织造材料、热熔纤网和玻璃纤维布为原材料,制得不同层数叠加的复合材料,并测试其吸声系数,探讨了声音频率和材料厚度对材料吸声性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着声音频率的增大,复合材料的吸声系数先增大后趋于平稳或减小;中间层材料或者两侧材料的层数增加(即厚度增加),会使吸声曲线向低频频段方向移动,吸声图谱变宽,吸声系数峰值由较高频段向低频段偏移,中、低频段的吸声系数显著提高。
By processing the melt-blown nonwovens,hot melt fiber web and glass fiber,the composite material would be made and the absorbing factor be tested.The influence of sonic frequency and material thickness on absorbing property were discussed.The test result showed that the absorbing factor of composite material increased at first then be down or be stable by enhancement of sonic frequency,absorbing curve would move to low frequency by enhancement of layer thickness,and also would wide the absorbing spectrum,absorbing factor peak value would move from high frequency period to lower frequency and could enhance the absorbing factor in middle and low frequency obviously.
