镀银腈纶的抗菌性能研究

Study on the antibacterial performance of silver-plated polyacrylonitrile fiber

以镀银腈纶为试样,参考标准FZ/T73023—2006《抗菌针织品》,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌性能及其耐久性进行研究。结果表明,当镀银纤维质量分数为0.5%时,对三种试验菌种的抑菌率分别为92.42%、87.37%、74.39%,已达到标准中规定的AAA级,并且织物抗菌性能的耐久性效果良好。

The performance of silver-plated polyacrylonitrile fiber against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was tested based on the standard of FZ/T 73023—2006 ＂Antibacterial Knitwear＂.The result showed that when the content of silver-plated polyacrylonitrile fiber was 0.5%,the rates of bacterial inhibition against the three testing strain were 92.42%,87.37% and 74.39%,which was consistent with the level AAA in the standard.Besides,the testing fiber also has good lasting antibacterial ability.
