苜蓿是一种重要的豆科牧草,具有优质高产特性。干旱或盐分胁迫仍是制约苜蓿生产的主要逆境因子。研究不同品种耐盐耐旱性的遗传差异是筛选优良苜蓿品种的前提。本文对苜蓿的抗旱性和耐盐性的国内外研究进展进行了综述。

Alfalfa （Medicago sat/va）is an important legume forage with the characteristics of high yield and good quality. The drought and salinity stress will lead to the physiology changes, morphological change, and the biomass decline, even to cause the plant death. So, the presant paper review progress of tolerance and salinity stress of alfalfa.
